What we collect

For a paid personal reflection, we collect the name or nickname, email address, selected theme, question, focus, and context you choose to provide. Do not submit medical records, government identifiers, passwords, financial account details, or other highly sensitive information.

How it is used

Your submission is used to create and deliver your requested reflection, support your order, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability. Your text is sent to DeepSeek, our AI generation provider, to produce the report. Stripe processes payment details; ChiFlow does not store your full card number.

Storage and deletion

Paid report records and private access links are retained for up to 90 days so you can retrieve your purchase and request support. Incomplete unpaid requests are removed after 7 days. Operational logs may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Analytics and choices

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Your browser may provide controls for cookies and analytics. You may ask us to access or delete eligible personal information by emailing huazai16168@gmail.com.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads on this site. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Third-party vendors and ad networks may also place and read cookies, or use web beacons, to measure ad performance and personalize the ads you see.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors at aboutads.info/choices. Blocking cookies in your browser will not remove ads, but it limits personalization.
